In 2017, a ruptured brain aneurysm ended the life I had built as a corporate executive and forced me to face a question I could not avoid: "Who am I, now?"
What followed was a difficult and transformative process of rebuilding my life, my thinking, and my identity. The tools I used to recover, grounded in neuroscience, emotional regulation, and personal agency, are the same tools people need when life shifts and demands growth. That experience became a framework, and that framework became GroveWorks.
GroveWorks exists to help people of all ages understand how their brain works so they can respond to and navigate life with greater awareness, intention, and clarity and move forward with confidence.
Through workshops, speaking, coaching, and story-driven books, we teach practical, repeatable skills that help you move through challenges, strengthen emotional awareness, build resilience, and reconnect with your inherent worth and uniqueness, while learning how to think, respond, and experience life in new ways.
Growth is not something that happens by accident. When you slow down and learn to ask better questions, you can shape it with intention.
We work with educators and students, leaders and teams, nonprofits, faith-based communities, and individuals navigating change at any stage of life.
Our work meets you where you are and gives you a clear next step forward.
