For much of my life, I answered the question “Who am I?” by stating my role and achievements as a corporate executive. Then in 2017, a ruptured brain aneurysm asked me an entirely different set of questions.
I began a difficult yet deeply rewarding journey of rebuilding my life, my mind, and my identity. In the messy middle of that process, while wrestling with one question in particular, “Who am I now?” I discovered my life’s true work. The tools I was using to heal neuroscience, emotional regulation, and reclaiming my own agency were not just for my recovery. They are the very tools everyone needs.
This is why GroveWorks exists: To empower people of all ages with tools to understand themselves and others, equipping them to navigate life’s ongoing changes and their continued growth.
